What is ExecuScribe’s Quality Assurance (QA) Policy?
At ExecuScribe, providing our clients with accurate transcription is our number one priority. We know that notes transcribed quickly do not help a patient if they are incomplete or incorrect. Therefore, your work will be reviewed on a regular basis by our QA experts. We believe that feedback, both positive and constructive will assist you in becoming a better MT. We do expect all of our transcriptionists to maintain a QA rating of 98% or higher. Our overall goal is to maintain a company average of 98.5% or higher. Scores are computed according to the AHDI formula based on the total error points and total number of words.
How will I be compensated?
ExecuScribe compensation is based on a number of factors at the time of hire, including: test scores, years of experience, CMT status, and difficulty of account hired for. Home-based employees are paid on a production basis. Most account production is based on the standard 65 character line (including spaces). Though ExecuScribe pays its home-based employees on a production basis, we ensure that we meet all federal guidelines with regards to minimum wage and over-time laws.
